I wanted to thank you both for the amazing experience I had visiting your office. I am fortunate to have a history of positive dental experiences, but this topped them all.

Tanya, you were incredibly helpful on the phone when making an appointment, and you went above and beyond by contacting my insurance company to inquire about the specific details of my plan, and were thus able to best utilize my coverage and benefits at your office. Meeting and conversing with you was a pleasure, and I think you add a tremendously positive and crucial aspect to the practice.

Dr. Hicks, the personal service you provided (I've never actually had my teeth cleaned by an actual dentist!) was excellent. Your professional yet approachable manner makes for a very comfortable experience. Not to mention that my teeth feel fantastic and squeaky-clean! I really appreciate you showing me the ex-rays and enamel photos.

Again, thank you both. Though I am leaving, I will certainly recommend your office to everyone I know in the Portland area. I will also make sure to pop in for a check-up should I ever return to this corner of the world!
