At LifeSmile Dental Group, we accept almost all dental insurance plans and work with you to maximize your insurance benefits. We work to make dental care as affordable as possible. For patients with insurance, we will make certain that you pay as little out of pocket as possible for all of our dental services, starting with zero out of pocket for hygiene visits.
No Insurance? No Problem
We offer our low-cost dental plan starting at $39 per month. This includes most preventive services at no charge, as well as a 20% discount on all major services.

CareCredit is a third-party financing company that offers finance options up to 12 months for qualifying patients. With CareCredit, you can utilize a healthcare credit card to finance your treatments and procedures through low monthly payments.

Gum Care Membership (Periodontal)
Periodontal maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 cleanings per year)

$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month payment
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of gum disease.
