Have you received a bill from LifeSmile Dental that you’re ready to pay? We now have the option to make online payments!
Online payments are handled by our secure payment processor, Converge by Elavon. Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank, has been a global leader in payment processing for more than 30 years. Converge is a hosted solution that LifeSmile Dental uses to protect patient data and accept payments securely and quickly.

Enter the amount of the payment in the Amount field
Enter “Payment in Full” or “Partial Payment” in the Description field
Enter the Chart # from your statement in the Invoice Number field
On the next page, you’ll enter your credit card information and your address.
Note: If you’re using a debit card, there is no surcharge. If you’re using a credit card, Converge charges a 3% fee.
