Our Skilled Team at LifeSmile Dental Group

Sam

Sam has been part of our office family for over 7 years, starting out as a sterilization tech, then dental assisting, and eventually diving into the business side of dentistry. Today, he runs the front office—though you might still catch him in scrubs lending a hand to Dr. Hicks when needed. Known for his quick wit, kindness, and ability to answer just about any question thrown his way, Sam keeps both patients and the team at ease. Outside the office, he enjoys camping and traveling the globe, always ready for his next adventure.

Madi

For the past 3 years, Madi has been an essential part of our team, working alongside Dr. Hicks to (in our words) “save the world one tooth at a time.” She’s our go-to when it comes to all the tech in the office, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so patients can focus on their smiles. Outside of work, Madi loves exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends, and expressing her artistic side. With her bubbly personality and easy-to-talk-to nature, she makes every visit a little brighter.

Denise

A graduate of Pacific University, Denise has been brightening smiles for the past 3 years. Patients appreciate her calm, relaxed energy in the chair—though don’t be fooled, she’s just as quick to take on any plaque that comes her way. When she’s not caring for patients, Denise enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves traveling to explore new places. Her gentle approach and easygoing nature make every visit feel comfortable and stress-free.

Julie

With over 25 years of experience in dentistry and more than 6 years as part of our team, Julie brings both expertise and heart to every appointment. Patients love her ability to break down their specific oral health needs in a way that’s easy to understand—while also making the dental chair feel a little less intimidating (and sometimes even fun!). Outside the office, you’ll often find Julie hiking a trail, spending quality time with her kids, or enjoying a well-deserved self-care moment. Her warm personality and sense of humor make her a favorite among patients and teammates alike.

Our Mission: Elevating Dental Care With Quality and Precision

The mission of LifeSmile Dental is to provide the comforting feeling of a committed, welcoming neighborhood dentist. The office is artfully designed to give patients a sense of ease and comfort, built with warm natural materials, creating a calm feeling.

Not only did the we want to focus on creating a name as a neighborhood dentist, we wanted to take it a step further by offering highly recommended quality dentistry to our patients. To do that, LifeSmile Dental uses some of the safest materials for our patients at no additional cost. These benefits include organic, BPA-free dental fillings, Bis-GMA-free, and ceramic dental tooth-colored materials.

What differentiates LifeSmile Dental from old-fashioned dentists is that we are scrupulous in providing our patients with the best quality dental care. We meticulously inspect every dental filling, dental crown, root canal, veneer, and clear aligner treatment to ensure alignment with our highly recommended outcomes.

We specialize in high-tech digital and intra-oral photographic technology, which helps us be precise.
